The Waterloo, Ontario based BlackBerry maker Research In Motion (RIM) announced that they are replacing their co-Chief Executive Officers, Jim Balsille and Mike Lazaridis with COO, Thorsten Heins (a former Siemens executive) on January 22, 2012.
